For the second straight week, an Urban Knights women's soccer player heads the bill as sophomore goalkeeper Rachael Rempe earned her first Athlete of the Week selection. Rempe's efforts last week against Dominican and Holy Names earned the Knights two wins, as she gave up only one goal over the 180 minutes. She had four saves against the Lady Penguins, including some key saves late in the game that helped preserve the Knights last-second charge to victory, and had eight saves against a Holy Names team with multiple threats on the attack.

Rempe has played every minute between the posts for the Knights this year, and has excelled, allowing only 1.40 goals per game and totaling 52 saves. Rempe's three shutouts are good for fourth in the PacWest conference, and in 10 games this year, has given up one goal or less in six of those outings. She has the second-most saves in the conference, and has an .824 save percentage during PacWest play.
