Senior right hander Brett Bovee was named one of this week’s Urban Knights of the week after a solid performance on Opening Day to propel ART U to victory.
 
Making his second-consecutive opening-day start, Bovee tossed 7.0 innings while only allowing two earned runs and six hits while striking out four, and did not allow a walk. His efforts allowed Academy of Art to pull ahead in the sixth and finish the contest with a 4-2 victory.
