Graduate student Hasna Kaarour carried over her strong efforts from cross country into her first track action as an Urban Knight, delivering a NCAA Division II Nationals provisional qualifier in the 3000m at The College of New Jersey Lions Indoor Invitational on Jan. 12.

The 2018 PacWest Cross Country Newcomer of the Year went 9:50.83 in the 3000m, taking first place out of 12 runners in the meet. She would debut at fourth in the country in the event in DII.
