In the second of ART U softball's two wins over Notre Dame de Namur on Mar. 16, freshman outfielder Nikki West played a role in every scoring play for the Urban Knights.

She delivered a 3-for-3 performance that included two doubles and one triple as well as three runs batted in, one run scored, and one stolen base. The Stevenson Ranch, Calif. native began by doubling and later swiping home on a double steal to tie the game in the third inning. She then went on to drive in the winning run on her first collegiate triple in the fourth and followed by plating two insurance runs on her second double of the contest in the sixth.

West now leads the team and ranks fifth in the Pacific West Conference in batting average (.385).
