Academy of Art University Athletics

Junior Cassandra Schumacher came through with an impressive performance at the 2010 Mills College Invitational this past week. She completed the 5k course with a time of 20:08 which now serves as her personal best in an Urban Knight uniform. Schumacher's efforts to capture 6th place individually helped Academy of Art University take home 3rd as a team. She finished in front of 110 other runners including three of the competitors from first-place Whittier.
