Redshirt senior Audrey Rosencrans made it three consecutive meets in which she has dropped her 6k time, doing so in dramatic fashion with a new personal record and top 10 mark in Academy of Art women's cross country history at NCAA D2 Pre-Nationals on Oct. 22 in Washington.

Deftly navigating the 6k course through Chambers Creek Regional Park, the site of NCAA Nationals later this year, Rosencrans remained among the top 25 of the 6k race's 223 competitors at the first split and finished strong by passing four others in the final segment toward 30th overall. Her time of 21:59.7 marked the first sub-22:00 mark in her collegiate career and was ninth in ART U history, second this season only to freshman Lisa Redlinger's 21:48.7 at the UC Riverside Invitational.
