OPENING TIP:
On Friday, the Urban Knights begin an intense four-day road trip with four games in three different states. Then, on Monday, Men's Basketball will finish with a matchup against Pacific West Conference opponent Dixie State in Utah.
LOOKING AHEAD:
When the trip comes to an end, Academy of Art University will have three days off (including Christmas Day) before traveling to Cal State Los Angeles for a contest on Dec. 26th at 7:00 PM.
SCOUTING THE TOREROS:
After playing two of its last three games at home, Division I University of San Diego (5-6) was victorious in its previous contest: a 64-57 triumph over Oregon. Forward Gyno Pomare's averages of 13.7 ppg and 5.9 rpg lead the team while guard Brandon Johnson posts 13.5 ppg and 3.9 rpg in support.
SCOUTING THE TRITONS:

SCOUTING THE COYOTES:
After starting the season an even 2-2, CSUSB (2-4) dropped its two most recent games against Cal State Dominguez Hills (59-79) and Westmont College (61-63). Point guard Devin Montgomery (18.8 ppg) is one of three players averaging double figures.
SCOUTING THE REBELS:
Although Dixie State lost its first four contests, the Rebels (2-5) have won two of their last three games, scoring 85 points or more in both victories. The potent offensive punch is led by guard Ryan Sanchez and his 12.3 ppg along with 7.9 rpg and 2.3 spg. Following Sanchez, six other players each average between seven and nine points per game.
