Phoenix, AZ -- Junior guard Ivan "B.J." Prema, Jr. has been selected for the Pacific West Conference Weekly Top 10 Honor Roll after his season-high 16-point performance against Division I Loyola Marymount on Dec. 2. The honor was announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, Dec. 7, for games contested on Nov. 30-Dec.6.

With junior guard Phillip Samuel out due to an injury, Prema, Jr. was called upon to start the game versus the Lion and he made his presence known. He scored 16 points, seven more than his previous high, and added nine rebounds in 36 minutes of action. Prema, Jr. was 2-for-2 from the free throw line and 2-for-2 from beyond the three-point arc. The 91-72 loss to LMU was also the second consecutive occasion in which he led the team in scoring.

This is the first selection to the PacWest Weekly Top 10 Honor Roll for Prema, Jr.
