San Francisco, CA ---- Melissa Cheng earned her second PacWest Conference Top 10 Honor Roll nomination for her game play last week. The Urban Knights battled Univ. of Hawaii - Hilo and Chaminade Univ in their third and fourth games of a five game home stint.

The honor was announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, Oct. 18, for matches played Oct. 11-17.

Cheng helped the Urban Knights to a 1-1 week. The sophomore setter combined for 14 kills, including a career high 12 kills in the Urban Knights' victory over Chaminade, while ranking second in hitting percentage in the PacWest for the week (.542). Cheng had just one error in 24 attempts, and also ranked seventh in assists per game (8.00), she totaled 48 assists in six sets.
