IRVINE, Calif. — Academy of Art University men's basketball freshman guard
Jase Harrison was named Pacific West Conference Freshman of the Week Monday for the week of Nov. 24-30 after having a breakout performance Saturday versus Western Oregon.

Harrison scored a season-high 15 points against the Wolves thanks to a 5-for-6 performance from the 3-point arc. The rookie had totaled four 3-pointers in the first five games of the season entering Saturday. Harrison also added two steals, an assist and one block against the Wolves. His 42.9 3-point shooting percentage is tops among Urban Knights who have attempted at least five treys this season.

The PacWest Conference weekly men's basketball award is the second this season for Academy of Art. Senior guard
Alexis Moore earned PacWest Co-Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 10-16 after helping lead the Knights to an upset win at then-No. 22 Seattle Pacific in their Nov. 15 season opener.
