Pacific West Conference Men's Basketball Players of the Week Release -- Feb. 16, 2015
IRVINE, Calif. — Thanks to another season-best performance and having a hand in a big comeback win, Academy of Art University men's basketball freshman guard
Jase Harrison was named Pacific West Conference Freshman of the Week for the fourth time this season, this time for the week of Feb. 9-15.

Harrison scored a season-high 18 points Wednesday and helped lead the Urban Knights (6-15, 4-11 PacWest) to their first-ever overtime win in program history and first victory over Fresno Pacific, 90-88 at Kezar Pavilion.

Harrison scored six straight points during an 11-0 run in the second half that gave ART U its first lead since 51 seconds into the game. The rookie also added six rebounds and three steals against FPU. It was his fourth game this season with at least 10 points and five rebounds, and sixth occasion he's grabbed at least three steals in a game.

It is Harrison's fourth Freshman of the Week recognition after picking up the award two weeks in a row from Jan. 12-25 and for the week of Nov. 24-30. The Urban Knights have earned eight weekly PacWest awards this season in seven different weeks across the first 13 weeks of the season, winning each award (Player of the Week, Defensive Player of the Week, Freshman of the Week) at least once.
