44th Annual Western Washington Men's Golf Invitational – Final ResultsÂ
BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Academy of Art University men's golf team now knows what it has to work towards as the 2015-16 season continues after the Urban Knights fought through a difficult final round Tuesday at the 44th annual Western Washington Men's Golf Invitational at the Bellingham Golf & Country Club.

The Urban Knights slipped to 12th place Tuesday after shooting a tournament-high 310 (+22). Sophomore
Oskar Frick continued to lead the team with a two-over 74 in the final round. He finished tied for 33rd in the tournament. Fellow sophomore
Daniel Cosgrove shot a 79 (+7) Tuesday to finish tied for 51st, and senior
Cody Moore posted a five-over 77 to finish tied for 54th.

Freshman
Jose Lopez Butron shot an eight-over 80 to finish as the Knights' fourth scorer and in a tie for 66th. Senior
Dat Do shot a nine-over 81 to finish in a tie for 68th.

Defending Pacific West Conference champion Dixie State won the tournament by a 10-stroke margin over defending Great Northwest Athletic Conference champion Simon Fraser. The Red Storm was seven-under for the tournament with Andrew Chu winning medalist honors at six-under for the tournament.

The Urban Knights next compete at the Interwest Wildcat Classic hosted by Chico State on Oct. 5-6 at Butte Country Club.
