BACK TO THE BAY
After spending the week in Hawaii, the Urban Knights are set to play BYU-Hawaii on Tuesday before returning home to face No. 22 Azusa Pacific on Saturday.
 
TIP OFF
The Academy of Art's first matchup will come against the Seasiders on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. HT (9:30 p.m. PT), followed by a return to San Francisco to face the No. 22 ranked Cougars at 3:30 p.m. Live coverage will be available at the links listed above, but as always, you can follow the Urban Knights on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
 
KNIGHTS OF KNOTE
Overall, sophomore guard Jase Harrison is leading ART U in several different categories including: points per game (13.1), rebounds per game (5.1), steals per game (1.7-also fifth in conference), and minutes per game (29.3). Harrison has also had an excellent trip in Hawaii thus far, averaging 17.0 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting .476 (10-for-21) and .714 (5-for-7) from beyond the three-point arc. 

Junior guard Chris Salas also had a solid week, averaging16.5 points and five rebounds while shooting a team-best .619 (13-for-21) overall and .500 (2-4) from three-point land. On the season, Salas has scored the team's second-most points (12.3) per game, has the second-highest field goal percentage (.460) and the second-most rebounds (2.8 per game).    
 
SEASIDERS LOOKING FOR HOME WIN
BYU-Hawaii is 9-5, 6-3 PacWest thus far and currently sits in third place in the conference. The Seasiders are winless at home in their previous three matchups with their last win coming on December 16 against Hawaii Pacific. Ian Harward has led the team with 17.0 points per game and a 62.3 percent field goal percentage. BYUH comes into Tuesday's matchup 12-0 all-time against the Urban Knights.
 
COUGARS ON TOP
The 12-3, 6-1 PacWest Cougars are ranked 22nd in the country, first in conference, and are in the midst of a five-game winning streak. Bruce English leads Azusa Pacific with their highest points per game average (10.4), field goal percentage (.511), three-point field goal percentage (.468), and steals per game (1,21). APU holds a 3-1 all-time record when facing ART U.

DOMINANT DEFENSE NOT ENOUGH IN 79-72 LOSS
Jan. 16-It was a close game throughout during Saturday's rematch as Academy of Art (4-11, 2-7 PacWest) was out outdueled 79-72 by the Hawaii Pacific Sharks (11-4, 6-2 PacWest).
 
It was a back-and-forth first half as neither team lead by more than five points and the lead was exchanged four separate times….

The week of January 25, the Urban Knights will continue their home stand, facing Concordia on January 27 and Chaminade on Jan 30.
