Academy of Art versus Holy Names Final Results SAN FRANCISCO – Academy of Art women's tennis was strictly business on April Fool's Day, defeating the Holy Names Hawks 7-2.
Each of ART U's doubles teams made quick work of HNU, with all three defeating their opponents by a score of 8-3. Sophomore

Taisiia Andrieieva for the second time on Friday and the pair now own a perfect, 2-0 record in third doubles. Freshmen Klara Thell-Lenntrop and
Alma Thell-Lenntorp returned to their winning ways, posting their second consecutive doubles victory after falling 8-6 to both
BYU-Hawaii and
Cal State LA. The twins have a team-best 11-4 record in doubles and their previous two victories mark their first in first doubles. Senior
Michelle Dandik Zaale and freshman
Paula Alcantara managed to tally their ninth victory together and their fifth in second doubles.
With a 3-0 advantage, the Urban Knights headed to singles, only needing two wins to claim the victory. Instead of two, ART U brought home four, giving them seven points overall. Both Andrieieva and Klara dismissed their opponents with flawless, 6-0, 6-0 outputs, while Alma and Alcantara won with 6-2, 6-2 and 6-2, 6-1 scores respectively.
Academy of Art's final home match of the season will come on Sunday, April 3 at noon. The team will be celebrating senior day for Dandik Zaale who is a four-year veteran of the Urban Knights.
