NCAA Division II West/South Central Regional Tournament Round Three Final Results

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Sophomore Oskar Frick matched his second-round score of just one over par on Wednesday (72), finishing regionals tied for 29th.
 
Frick struggled in the early stages of his final round, scoring three bogeys and ending his first nine holes three over par. However, the Stockholm, Sweden native made up for lost ground with an impressive second half. Frick birdied on holes one and five and shot for par on the other seven, lowering his total to 72. His third-round score was the second best amongst the individuals and his overall stroke total of 219 was the third lowest in the group. Furthermore, his score was just eight strokes behind Western New Mexico's Calum Hill who received the final individual spot in the national championship.
 
Although Frick now returns home, he has made history as the only Academy of Art men's golfer to have reached the NCAA Division II regional tournament.
