FINAL HOME STAND
After a tough road trip against two of the strongest teams in the conference, Academy of Art men's soccer will return home for their final homestand of the season. Back in the Bay Area, they will take on Biola, Point Loma, and finish out the 2017 season with Concordia. On Saturday, ART U will also celebrate senior day where five individuals will be recognized for their accomplishments throughout their collegiate career: Alex Walsh, Dominic Payerchin, Jón Jóhannesson, Alexander Tombach, and Jonny Navarro.
 
KICKOFF
Thursday's match against the Eagles will take place at 1:00 p.m. with both weekend contests kicking off at 2:30 p.m. Live coverage will be available at the links listed above, but as always, you can follow the Urban Knights on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
 
KNOTABLE KNIGHTS
After scoring his second goal of the season against Azusa Pacific on Thursday, senior midfielder Jonny Navarro climbs to second in team points with five. Navarro and is now tied with senior forward Alex Walsh who contributed the assist on the goal. Junior midfielder Bobby Gutierrez still leads the team with six points on two goals and two assists.

BIOLA BEYOND REGULATION TIME
Biola's last three games have ended with at least one overtime period. First, they tied Concordia after a scoreless double-overtime event, then they dropped their next two overtime matches against No. 4 California Baptist and Point Loma. With their most recent losses, their PacWest record stands at .500 (5-5-1). Jarret Pugh has carried the offense for the team, contributing seven of the Eagles' 19 goals for an impressive, 15 points.
 
POINT LOMA PERFECT IN PACWEST
Point Loma is currently in second place in the conference, just two points below undefeated, CBU. With a conference record of 9-0-2, the Sea Lions are undefeated in PacWest play and are currently on a six-game win streak. Eduardo Gallardo leads the team's offense with six goals and four assists.
 
EAGLES OFFENSE SOARS
Concordia's offense has been dominant in recent matches: the team has put up four goals in each of their past two games, including a 22-shot performance in their latest triumph over Holy Names. The Eagles have five players with at least three goals including Julian Front who leads the pack with five.

Oct. 28 - In the final road game of the season for Academy of Art men's soccer, an evenly-played first half was not enough against a strong, No. 4-ranked CBU team who ultimately took the match 3-0.
