2023 Otter Invitational Results

SEASIDE, Calif. – Academy of Art men's golf finished off the Otter Invitational in 11th place as the team shot a 54-over-par 918 over three rounds at Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course.

Junior Giulio Zanichelli paced ART U as he finished tied for 19th individually and shot a 3-over-par 219, shooting even twice on the tournament. Senior Allan Osornio and junior Anson Pan would follow Zanichelli on Academy of Art (both T54th), as they both finished with a 16-over-par 232. Sophomore Jerah Venkaiya would end in 68th place with his 24-over-par 240 to mark the team's final qualifier.

Cal State Monterey Bay came out with the victory at their home course, as the team shot a collective 3-under-par 861 with Chico State taking the runner-up position just one stroke behind. Liam Allder of CSUMB and Dakota Ochoa of Chico State would tie for first individually, both shooting a 6-under-par 210.

The Urban Knights will return to action in the spring when they'll compete in the Northwest Nazarene Invitational at Callippe Preserve Golf Course on Mar. 4.
