SAN FRANCISCO – Building for the season ahead with more international flare, Academy of Art women's tennis and Head Coach
Clarisse Baca have announced Estelle Najean, a talented student-athlete from Australia, as its newest Urban Knight.

"We are excited to have Estelle join our team starting in the Fall," Baca said. "Her drive to continue to get better and understanding of the game will make an immediate impact on our team. We look forward to working with her."
A native of Perth, Australia and owner of a 1618 ranking by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and 111 ranking for Australia All Ages, Najean previously attended Griffith University in Australia after graduating from A.C.E. School of Tomorrow. She competed in various Australia regional tournaments, winning the Dalkeith Tennis Club Championships and UTR Perth Juniors in singles action as well as the Rod Laver Championships and Wembly Downs AMT in doubles.
Najean was also a finalist in singles at the MCC Glen Iris 18/U and doubles finalist at the Bendigo AMT, Boroondara AMT, Darwin Open AMT, and Busselton Junio Open 18/U, plus a participant in the Chiang Rai and Tunisia ITF 15ks. Additionally, she placed second at the Summer League Western Australia Division 1 Peppermint Grove Tennis Club in 2020-2021 and her Pizzey Cup Western Australia State team was selected in 2020.
As she pursues a career in the film industry as a producer or director, Najean will begin in the Academy of Art School of Motion Pictures & Television this Fall.
