2013: Started in all 46 games, scoring 32 runs with 54 hits and an RBI of 15. Carried a slugging % of .437 to go along with an on base % of .370. Season-long batting average was .342. Went 3 for 4 against New Mexico Highlands and Dixie State and 2-4 on several occasions, including games against Central Washingon, Dominican, St. Martin's, Holy Names, Azusa Pacific and Notre Dame. The final game of her junior career saw her go 3-4 with 3 stolen bases against BYU-Hawaii. She earned 2012-13 PacWest Academic All-Conference Team Honors.
2012: She started in 47 games, leading the team in both stolen bases recording 20, and batting with an AVG of .441. She was second on the team in hits recording 63 and triples recording two, third in slugging % with .497 as well as an on base % of .463. She went 3-3 on four occasions against Hawaii Hilo, Humbolt State, and twice against Dominican. Cordova was awarded NFCA All-West Region Honors for her second Year as well as PacWest 1st Team All-Conference this season.
2011: Was one of three players to start all 49 games ... led the team with a .393 average (9th in PacWest) and 66 hits (4th in PacWest) ... recorded 40 runs, six doubles, two triples, two home runs, 22 RBI, 82 total bases, posted a .488 slugging percentage, and stole 18 bases (team high- 5th in PacWest) ... had a 15 game hitting streak from Apr. 9-30 ... recorded the only intentional walk of the season against Notre Dame de Namur (Apr. 17) ... had 17 multiple hit games and hit a career high two doubles against Hawaii Pacific (Mar.27) ... was named to the PacWest Honor Roll on four separate occasions ... named to the All-PacWest Second Team as well as the NFCA All-West Region Second Team as an outfielder.
Previous Experience: Cordova was a three year varsity starter at Tulare Union High School... High School team was CIF Champions in 2008 ... was named to the All League Second Team in 2008, 2009, and 2010 ... in 2009 was named to the All Tulare County Second Team ... led her team with 29 stolen bases her junior year ... in 2010 batted .364 with a .443 on base percentage, 28 hits, four triples, 12 RBIs, a .481 slugging percentage, and stole 13 bases ... also played volleyball all four years for her HS team, where she was an EYL All League First Team selection her junior and senior years.
