2018 (T&F): Threw a lifetime-best 19-7 (5.96m) in the shot put at the Sacramento State Hornet Invite.
2017 (XC): 2017-18 Academic All-PacWest ... competed in two meets ... ran a 6k season-best 22:57.0 at the NCAA DII West Regionals on Nov. 4.
2017 (T&F): Contributed to the program record (12:00.73) in the distance medley relay at the Husky Classic ... posted an indoor personal record of 5:08.07 in the mile then added outdoor bests in the 800m (2:22.42) at the SF State Distance Carnival, 1500m (4:43.17) at the Johnny Mathis Invite, and 5000m (17:32.69) at the Hornet Invite.
