2010: Zamfir led all Urban Knights in three meets ... achieved her season best (20:22) at the Hornet Jamboree on Sept. 11 ... had her top finish (11th) at the Mills Invitational on Sept. 17.

2009: Zamfir led all Urban Knights in four of their eight meets ... achieved her personal best (19:25) and had her top finish of non-dual meets (4th) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational on Oct. 17 ... earned 2009 PacWest Newcomer of the Year and 2009 All-PacWest Second Team.

2008: Zamfir had her season best (19:36) and had her top finish (5th) at the Pacific West Conference Championships on Oct. 25.

Previous Experience: Zamfir ran at the Balkan XC in Turkey (2005) ... also ran at the World Championships (Ekyden) last year in Japan ... she ran with the national team in the European Championships (2006) in Italy ... has successfully competed in every distance from 1,500 meters to 10,000 meters.
