Graduate student guard Joy Krupa did it all once again for Academy of Art women's basketball, averaging 11.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game across a 1-1 week approaching the start of Pacific West Conference play.

Up against NCAA Division I San Jose State on Nov. 24, Krupa played all 40 minutes and delivered 10 points (on 5-for-11 shooting from the field), six rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal. She then offered her third double-double of the season with 13 points and 11 rebounds plus two assists and two blocks in an 68-53 win over Sonoma State on Nov. 27.

Thus far in 2021-22, Krupa ranks 15th in the PacWest in points (13.2), fifth in rebounds (9.2), fifth in steals (2.2), and first in blocks per game (2.3).
