Redshirt junior catcher Liam Rizzo was among the key factors in a 3-2 week for Academy of Art baseball, as he blasted three-run homers in consecutive games which helped him end the long week batting .238 (5-for-21) with 10 runs driven in, five runs scored and the two blasts. Both of his big flies sparked ART U comebacks, as the first helped the Knights reach the scoreboard in the bottom of the first before clinching a 10-4 victory of Fresno Pacific on Tuesday before doing so in nearly identical fashion the following day in the sixth of ART U's 9-8 comeback win over Central Washington. He ended the week with a hit in each of the series opener and finale against Cal State East Bay.
