San Francisco, CA-- The Academy of Art University's own Solveig Barnes and Olivia Dupon both received honorable mention in the PacWest women's soccer rankings for the week of November 2nd. They were both recognized for their outstanding play against all three Hawaiian Schools they competed against last week.


Solveig Barnes, a sophomore goal keeper from Tracy, CA. had a .842 save percentage in three games in over 200 minutes of action. She allowed just three goals in three games, and recorded two shut out wins against Chaminade University on October 28th, and University of Hawaii-Hilo on October 30th. She posted a total of 16 saves during the road-trip. This is Barnes second PacWest Honorable Mention this season.






Olivia Dupon, a sophomore forward/midfielder from Portland, OR. scored two goals, including one game winning goal against the University of Hawaii- Hilo on October 30th. After the three game road-trip, Olivia finished with a total of four points on the week. She has three goals and one assist for a total of seven points on the season.
