Etchell Earns PacWest Top 10 Honor for Second Week

San Francisco, CA -- Sophomore guard Lorraine Etchell (Healdsburg, CA) has been named to the Pacific West Conference Top 10 weekly honor roll for the second straight time. The award was announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, Jan. 18, for games contested Jan. 11-17.

Etchell scored 20 points in AAU's loss to Dixie State College on Sat Jan. 16. Etchell tied for third in scoring for the week in the PacWest. Etchell tied her season high for the third time with 20 points, shooting 2-6 from behind the arc and a perfect 4-4 from the free throw line. On the season Etchell is second on the team in scoring, she is averaging 10 ppg and is shooting 44% from the field,
