San Francisco, CA - The Pacific West conference announced the 2010 All PacWest Team on Tuesday afternoon. Among those named to the PacWest team were the Urban Knights' own junior
Emi Sullivan and freshamn
Hannah Emmett. Both ladies received honorable mention and were recognized for thier play as forwards.
Sullivan, a Palo Alto, CA native, played in 16 games for the Knights this year, seeing 15 starts. She finished the year with two goals for four points. She also finished with 22 shots on the season, including 12 shots on goal. Emi's goal on October 7th was the game winning goal, as she lifted her team to a 2-1 win over Dominican University in overtime.
Emmett, a Halifax, NS Canada native, led the Knights all season offesnively. She finished with five goals and two assists, for 12 points on the season. She also finished with 35 shots on the year which was the most on the team. Emmett had an impressive first outing for ART U when she recorded a hat trick by scoring three goals in the win over Bethany University on
September 4th. She saw time in 17 games, and started in 16 for ART U. Hannah was also named PacWest player of the week on Septmeber 8th.
