ON THE APPROACH
The Urban Knights won the opening game in Hawaii with a 4-0 victory over Chaminade last week, but fell on the remainder of the trip to BYU-Hawaii, UH Hilo, and Hawaii Pacific. The Knights did get a pair of goals against the Sea Warriors and have still only lost two games this year by a margin of more than two goals. They'll finish the year against the Sunbirds, and cap off the 2013 season.

SUNBIRDS WIN PAIR INTO FINALE
After three straight 1-0 losses, the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds head into San Francisco having won two in a row. Back on November 2, they took down Point Loma in a 2-1 victory on two goals from Kelly Nikkel, and they won again on Thursday against Holy Names in Oakland by a score of 3-0. Nikkel's goal put her in the team lead for points and goals, totaling 10 points on the year. Amber Rodriguez has three assists to lead the squad, while Sarah King has started 15 games and owns a save percentage of .913 with six shutouts.

SENIOR TRIO LEAVES MARK ON FIELD
Seniors Hannah Emmett, Beth Barker, and Jasmin Leonhardt will be playing in their final games as Urban Knights on Saturday, and each one has made an impression on the women's soccer program. Leonhardt came in last year and helped mentor a back line as a redshirt until she solidified the defensive effort this season, playing eleven games. Barker came to the Knights last year and made an immediate impact, setting a single-season points record (16) and tying a program record with seven goals. Emmett ends up playing 69 games and almost 5000 minutes for the Knights, scoring the most goals (18) and most points (43) in program history.Â
