KNIGHTS OF KNOTE
Sophomore
Taj Dawson was named one of this week's Urban Knights of the Week after a big weekend against Holy Names. The San Diego native started both of the final two games on Saturday and batted (.667) 4-for-6 with a double and the first triple of his career. Dawson also added a pair of runs batted in and a stolen base. Also with a strong weekend, junior outfielder
Izac Bauer has now reclaimed the top spot in team batting average (.316). Bauer also leads the squad in home runs (3), RBI (21), and total bases (60). Senior left-hander
Jacob Green currently leads the Urban Knights' relievers with a 2.30 earned run average and picked up his second save of the season in the third game against HNU.

SUNBIRDS GO .500 IN HAWAII
Fresno Pacific welcomes in Academy of Art on Thursday after just returning from a 4-4 trip to the Aloha State. There, the Sunbirds split each series against UH Hilo and Hawaii Pacific. FPU is currently in sixth-place in the PacWest, just one spot and two games in front of the Urban Knights. Therefore, the upcoming series will be critical in deciding the conference standings as the season is quickly coming to a close. The Sunbirds have a pair of players batting over .300 with Michael Warkentin leading the way, batting .337 in 101 at-bats. Eddie Sievers has bigger power numbers however, totaling six doubles, three home runs (tied for the team-lead), and 23 RBI.
