BACK TO SOCAL
After playing their last four games in Azusa facing the Cougars, Academy of Art will return to Southern California to face PacWest Newcomer, Biola.

SCHEDULE CHANGE
Due to heavy rain in the forecast for La Mirada, Calif., the series at Biola will now take place in Santa Clarita at The Master's University's baseball field. Furthermore, instead of a Thursday-Saturday series, the four-game set will take place Friday-Sunday.

Senior outfielder
Evan Ray is leading the team with a .284 batting average in his 74 at-bats this season. Ray also leads the Urban Knights with four home runs this season. On the other side of the ball, senior left-hander
Alex Fernandez leads all starters with a 3.19 earned run average while junior righty
Angel Mora is the team-leader with two complete games and a .189 opponent batting average.

EAGLES WIN TWO OF THREE CONFERENCE SERIES
In their first season in the PacWest Conference, Biola has come away with two series victories against Hawaii Pacific and UH Hilo. In their most recent outing at Fresno Pacific, they split with the Sunbirds two games apiece. With a 16-6 overall record and an 8-4 mark in conference, the Eagles are currently in second place in the conference standings. Jerron Largusa owns the team's highest batting average (.413), on-base percentage (.505), and most hits (33). Overall, Biola has the highest team batting average in the PacWest (.318).

It was a back-and-forth series finale in Azusa where ART U held the lead twice, including after a five-run eighth-inning. However, the No. 1 Cougars managed to pull away for good in their half of the eighth, taking the contest 11-9.
