OFF TO SEA LIONS
After nearly two weeks off from competition, Academy of Art will return to action on April 12, riding a 5-game winning streak into San Diego where they will face Point Loma.

FIRST PITCH
The series will consist of two single games and a doubleheader beginning on Thursday, April 12 at 3:00 p.m. Live coverage will be available at the links listed above, but as always, you can follow the Urban Knights on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

KNOTABLE KNIGHTS
Junior Angel Mora has been the epitome of a utility player for the Urban Knights this season, performing well as both a hitter and a pitcher. He currently leads the team with a .345 batting average while posting 14 runs batted in and three doubles. On the pitching end, Mora's 3.71 earned run average is the second-lowest on the team and he is the only starter with an undefeated record (4-0). He has pitched a total of 34.0 innings, allowing 14 earned runs off of 24 hits, and has struck out a total of 22 batters.

SEA LIONS ON A 6-GAME STREAK
Both ART U and Point Loma enter Thursday's series opener having each just swept Holy Names. The Sea Lions have had a lot of success in conference-play this season, as they are yet to lose a PacWest series. They hold an overall record of 23-14 and they are 19-9 in conference. Micah Pries has been their most consistent offensive-contributor this season, leading five PLNU players with an above-.300-batting average (.393). Meanwhile, Tyler Flores leads the team with 15 home runs, 51 RBI, and he boasts a .371 batting average.

PREVIOUS CONTEST: ART U RECORDS FOUR-GAME SWEEP OVER HOLY NAMES
March 31 - Using timely offense and lights-out pitching, Academy of Art mowed through Holy Names for their second 4-game sweep of the season. The Urban Knights are now in the midst of a five-game winning streak.
