2021: Posted an indoor season-best of 51.48 in the 400m at the Indoor Gorilla Classic ... delivered outdoor season-bests of 22.51 in the 200m at the APU Invite, 49.88 in the 400m at the Bryan Clay Invite, and 58.33 in the 400mH at the APU Last Chance Twilight.

2020: 2020 USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region (4x400m) ... ran indoor personal-bests of 7.59 in the 60m at the Great Dane Classic and 23.26 in the 200m as well as 51.77 in the 400m at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite ... posted outdoor season-bests of 23.19 in the 200m hurdles and 50.69 in the 400m at the Kim Duyst Invite.
