Biography

2017: In his first year with the Urban Knights, Martin was immediately thrusted into a big role, starting in 48 games and appearing in 49. Martin was tied for second in doubles on the team with nine. He also drove in 16 RBI and crossed the plate 12 times.

Santa Rosa Junior College: Played baseball during the 2013 and 2014 seasons at SRJC...graduated in 2014.

Napa High School: Was a three-sport athlete at Napa High School, playing two years of varsity baseball while also participating in basketball and football...was given several accolades including being named Napa County Player of the Year and MEL co-player of the year for baseball...was MEL All-League Punter for football.

Personal: Was born June 16, 1994...has one sibling (Kaylin) and his parents are Lori Benson and David Martin.
