2017 (T&F): Redshirted the indoor season as a freshman ... posted outdoor personal bests in the 800m (2:25.41) at the Johnny Mathis Invite, 1500m (4:47.47) at the Kim Duyst Invite, 5000m (18:52.67) at the Hornet Invite, and the 10,000m (38:49.53) at the PacWest Championships.
2016 (XC): Competed in six meets ... ran a 6k career-best 22:40.7 at the Capital Cross Challenge ... highest placement was 8th at the Speedway Meadow Duals on Sept. 15.
2016 (T&F): Posted season-bests in the outdoor 1500m (5:19.65) at the Hornet Invitational and the outdoor 5000m (20:29.73) at the SF State Distance Carnival.
2015 (XC): 2015-16 Academic All-PacWest ...competed in six meets ... ran a 6k season-best 23:48.3 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26 ... top placement (7th) came at the Speedway Meadows Dual on Sept. 17.
2015 (T&F): Posted personal records in the outdoor 1500m (5:01.30) at the SF State Distance Carnival and the outdoor 5000m (19:57.80) at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.
2014 (XC): 2014-15 Academic All-PacWest ...competed in five meets ... ran a 6k season-best 23:02.4 at the Bronco Invitational on Oct. 18 ... top placement (8th) came at the SF State/Cal State East Bay/Academy of Art Tri-Meet on Sept. 18.
