2020-21: 2020-21 Academic All-PacWest… Appeared and started in four matches during the COVID-19 shortened season, playing every minute of those four matches for a total of 363 minutes … Contributed to one shutout as a defender … Season highs: Minutes – 93 (2/6/21 at DUC). 

2019: 2019-20 Academic All-PacWest … was one of four Urban Knights to appear and start in all 18 ART U matches, playing every minute of every contest for a total of 1,708 minutes ... Contributed to four shutouts as a defender. 

2018: 2018-19 Academic All-PacWest ... appeared and started in 17 matches ... played the second most minutes with 1,545 ... contributed to six shutouts as a defender.

Previous Experience: Flint played four years of varsity soccer at Whitney High School ... also competed for Placer United for 11 years ... favorite sports moment was a long goal scored in the final two minutes of the 2017 season which advanced her team to the finals of the playoffs.
