In each of Academy of Art volleyball's matches this past week, junior setter Elly McInerney led the Urban Knights in assists, helping the team defeat Concordia to highlight the stretch.

ART U's homestand finished on a strong note as the squad bested CUI 3-0 on Oct. 23 with McInerney posting 17 assists to go with three digs and one service ace. The Communications & Media Technologies major then delivered multiple service aces for the seventh time this season, notching three against Fresno Pacific on Oct. 27 in addition to 11 assists and three digs.

On the season, McInerney ranks third in the Pacific West Conference at 5.84 assists per set and is second on the team in service aces (29).
