Paola Corre Fe had two big victories for her team in the Knights' 2-0 week last week, including a huge win in the final home game of the year.
She defeated her Notre Dame de Namur opponent 6-0, 6-0 on March 15th, then turned around and defeated her Dixie State opponent 6-1, 6-2 just three days later on March 18th. She also defeated her NDNU doubles challengers with a final score of 8-2.
The junior currently has an 8-1 overall singles record, and is on a six game winning streak. She played some of her best tennis all season against Dixie State (accoriding to Head Coach Dave Allen), and uses her "cool demeanor" as a big weapong against her opponents.
