Junior right side hitter Angela Heath earned her first career PacWest Weekly Top Ten Honor Roll selection on Monday in addition to being the Athlete of the Week for the Urban Knights after an impressive performance for women's volleyball.
Heath, from Ewa Beach, HI, had total of 16 points against Dominican on Saturday, a week after posting 12.5 points against the Lady Penguins a week ago. In their second matchup, all three sets ended on a point by Heath, who also added an assist and seven digs to her total.
Heath ranks third on the team in hitting percentage (.248) and in blocks per set (0.52), and is fourth on the Urban Knights in total points (81.0).
