Junior Alisa Griggs played her most minutes of the season and delivered big-time in the Urban Knights' 95-89 victory over Holy Names this past Saturday. The Milwaukie, OR native posted a season-high 21 points (9-of-15 from the floor) along with five rebounds and three steals in 19 minutes off the bench. Griggs was a major contributor in Academy of Art University's new single-game steals record.

Griggs was an efficient offensive machine during the first half, scoring eight points all during a three-minute span to get ART U back in front of the Hawks. The junior then went off for 13 points in the second half, converting a key three-point play and adding a crucial layup down the stretch. Griggs would finish with the team-high of 21 points.

Griggs also offered eight points in 13 minutes off the bench against Cal State Monterey Bay earlier in the week on Wednesday, Dec. 5. She would go 4-for-4 at the foul line and currently holds the team lead in free throw percentage at 92.9 percent (13-of-14).
