Dandik Zaale started off her sophomore campaign in a big way last week, sweeping all three of her matches in straight sets and also getting three wins with her new doubles partner Annika Schneider. After defeating FPU's Laure-Anne Josso 6-3, 6-2 in third singles in the season opener, she moved up to second singles and swept Chaminade's Satzy Pulido 6-0, 6-0 and found herself 11th in the West Region in singles play. Dandik Zaale capped off the week with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Marie Monier of Western New Mexico to start the season 3-0.
On the doubles side, she and Schneider have held down the third doubles, defeating each opponent handily. They routed FPU's third doubles team 8-1 and rolled Chaminade's team 8-2 before putting an explanation point on the week with a resounding 8-0 victory over Western New Mexico.
