Academy of Art University women's soccer senior forward Réa Laudat totaled three points (1 goal, 1 assist) in the Urban Knights’ first win of the season Tuesday versus Cal State Monterey Bay. She tallied the game-winning goal in the 64th minute of the 2nd half and assisted on the game-tying goal in the 43rd minute right before halftime. Her game-winning goal broke a two-way tie and gave her the ART U career record for game-winning goals (5). The victory over Cal State Monterey Bay was the program’s first-ever over a California Collegiate Athletic Association program. For her efforts, Laudat was named Pacific West Conference Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 7-13.
