Senior Valentin Pepiot dominated the field on Oct. 24, earning the Pacific West Conference Championship individual title and All-PacWest First Team honors at Riverside City Cross Country Course.

Pepiot averaged a 4:55.7 mile en route to his indivudial championship which he won by more than six seconds. His final mark of 24:29.73 was also well over 30 seconds better than his previous result at last year's PacWest Championship meet. Pepiot becomes the first Urban Knight to win the title since Amos Maru closed his collegiate career with the honor in 2011.
