In his first cross country race of the 2018 season, graduate student Victor Moreau stepped right in and made an immediate impact. The Communications & Media Technologies major placed first overall at the SF State Invitational at Golden Gate Park on Sept. 21, guiding the team to a runner-up finish.

Out of 101 total runners on the 8k course, Moreau claimed the top result, posting a time of 25:12.6 to better second place by nearly four full seconds. He would deliver an average mile time of 5:04.3.
