Graduate student Hasna Kaarour continued to pace Academy of Art, winning the SF State Invitational outright in the Urban Knights' second meet of the season out at Golden Gate Park on Sept. 21.

Kaarour contended with 106 other runners, but confidently took the title with a time of 22:10.6 through the 6k course. Her mark was a full three seconds ahead of second place and she posted an average mile time of 5:56.8 while helping ART U take second overall as a team.
