Carriger dazzled for the Urban Knights once more in an ART U victory during the opening game of a series against Biola, tossing his second consecutive complete game in a quality start when he allowed just two runs on three hits. Once more his pitches were explosive, striking out 10 batters for his third consecutive start while walking just two. It took him just 112 pitches to go the distance, facing just five batters above the minimum after he had taken a perfect game bid through the first four frames.
