Graduate student guard Will Balata had a big week despite Academy of Art men's basketball going 0-2 to open PacWest play, leading the Knights in points both games (high of 19 against Concordia) averaging 17.5 ppg to go with 9.0 rebounds per game. His best outing came in the PacWest opener against Point Loma, as he posted his first double-double of the year with 16 points and 11 rebounds, and additionally added an assist.
