One week after breaking out with a season-high 23 points and seven 3-pointers, freshman guard Madison Johnson was again one of the leading scorers for Academy of Art women's basketball in its matchup with No. 18 Azusa Pacific.

The lone Pacific West Conference game of the week for the Urban Knights saw Johnson knock down another five triples to compose her 15 points on Dec. 17. She would add season-highs of eight rebounds and three steals in a complete 40 minutes played.

On the season, Johnson has elevated to fifth in the PacWest in three-point field goals made per game, now averaging 1.9 per contest after 12 in her last two times out.
