TIPPING OFF

The Knights dropped both games in the GCU Thanksgiving Holiday Classic, falling to Cal State Dominguez Hills in their lowest-scoring night of the young season and coming close but never overtaking Northwest Nazarene in the finale of the tournament.

500 POINTS AND COUNTING
The backcourt duo of Ameer Shamsud-din and Czar Robotham has produced a lot of scoring for the Urban Knights, and this season they both stepped into another exclusive club, each surpassing the 500-point plateau for their careers. Ivan "B.J." Prema is on the verge of joining his teammates as well, as he has 494 points, and would become the sixth Urban Knight in the program's history to notch over 500 career points, joining Robotham, Shamsud-din, current assistant coach Philip Samuel, alumni Hunter Hayden, and William Overton, Jr.

ARGOS OFF THE MARK
Notre Dame de Namur presents the first matchup in conference play for Academy of Art University, and the Argonauts hold the edge over the Knights with two last-second wins from last year's season. This year, however, the Argos are struggling on the offensive end, only shooting 36% from the field and averaging 53.7 points per game. In comparison, the Urban Knights are hitting 43% of their shots and averaging 70.0 points per contest. NDNU is led by sophomore guard Micah Dunhour, who is averaging 9.8 points per game and has the highest points output for the Argos this year, with a 20-point outburst in their first game against Cal State East Bay. Notre Dame de Namur has dropped their first six games of the season and are still looking for their first win.

DOUBLE-DOUBLE, TOIL AND TROUBLE
Redshirt freshman Alex Carmon had his first career double-double against Cal State Dominguez Hills, notching 14 points and 10 rebounds, and became the second Urban Knight to record a double-double this season. Rodrigo Maza has two double-doubles this year, with 14 points and 10 rebounds against Cal State East Bay and 14 points and 11 boards in the season opener against Seattle Pacific.

ON THE REBOUND
After their conference opener on the road in Belmont, the Urban Knights will return home for a conference matchup against East Bay rival Holy Names, as the Hawks will make their first appearance at Kezar Pavilion since joining the PacWest.
