On the pitching end, the Urban Knights have multiple strong performers: junior right-hander Ben Kaser leads the team with a 2.05 earned run average, while junior righty Angel Mora's 2.35 ERA is a close second. Mora also leads ART U with three wins and a .132 batting average against which is the lowest amongst all starters in the PacWest.

TRAILBLAZERS IN FINAL PACWEST SEASON
2018 will be the last season that Academy of Art and Dixie State go head-to-head during the conference schedule as DSU is moving to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) next year. So far this season, the Trailblazers have a 6-12 overall record and a 2-6 conference mark. Thus far, they have faced tough PacWest opponents including Point Loma and No. 1 Azusa Pacific. In their most recent series against the top-ranked Cougars, the Trailblazers only managed to steal one game from APU when they posted a 14-3 blowout in game three. Logan Porter has been DSU's biggest offensive contributor thus far, touting a .407 batting average and he also leads the team in: runs (15), doubles (seven), home runs (three), and runs batted in (13).
