Academy of Art will conclude their island trip with a four game set versus UH Hilo running Thursday to Saturday at Wong Stadium.

KNIGHT WATCH
Junior shortstop Justin Summers ended the series against the Sharks with with back to back multi-hit games, going 3-4 in game three and 2-5 with a double in the finale. Summers is batting a respectable .273 and has an on-base percentage of .411, second highest on the team. Leading the team and PacWest in that category is junior outfielder Thomas Delgadillo with his exceptional .505 on-base percentage. Delgadillo has led the PacWest in batting average all season and was just recently knocked down to second highest with a .436 batting average. As of March 22, Delgadillo's .469 batting average was 12th highest in Division 2.

Sophomore utility Noah Daubin is coming off a solid offensive weekend, stroking three doubles while driving in three runs. Daubin's six doubles are second most for ART U only behind senior second baseman Elijah Smith's nine. Junior pitcher Galen Manhard notched his conference leading fifth save last weekend. It was a two inning save in which he allowed no runs, only a single hit, and struck out three.

VULCANS ON FOUR GAME SLIDE
UH Hilo is 10-15 overall and 8-10 in conference. The Vulcans started their season with nine straight games against Hawaii Pacific and went 3-6 in the extended series. PacWest play followed against Biola who took the series three games to one. UHH won their first conference series against Fresno Pacific, winning three straight but dropping the final game of the series. The Vulcans took the momentum into their next series against Concordia and after losing the first game, beat the Eagles in three straight. Most recently UHH is on a four game losing streak after being swept by first place Azusa Pacific. Kyle Yamada leads the Vulcans offensively, with a .361 batting average, 12th best in the PacWest.  UHH is 37-13 all-time against Academy of Art.

LATE INNING DOMINANCE PROPELS KNIGHTS TO VICTORY   
Academy of Art dominated the later innings of Monday night's series finale to comeback from a 7-2 deficit in the fifth inning and emerge victorious with an 8-7 win against Hawaii Pacific. ART U scored three runs in the sixth and eighth innings while shutting out the Sharks from the fifth on.Three Urban Knights collected multiple hits and junior pitcher Galen Manhard notched his conference leading fifth save. LOOKING AHEAD
The series with the Vulcans will conclude the Urban Knights Hawaiian road trip. They will return to the Bay for a series versus Concordia in Oakland, Calif. starting April 4.
