KNIGHTS AND SUNBIRDS TO CLASH AGAIN
It was two close defeats (one in overtime) at the hands of Fresno Pacific for Academy of Art men's basketball last week, but the chance for revenge comes right away as the two Pacific West Conference opponents will square off once again this week.

KNIGHT WATCH
In its first two matchups with FPU last week, Academy of Art saw five of its players score in double figures and nearly close a gap in an 83-77 loss on Jan. 29. Then, on Jan. 30, the teams battled into overtime where the Sunbirds took control, prevailing 89-80.
 
Senior guard Stefan Milivojevic maintained his 15.0 points per game scoring average with 15 points in each contest while senior forward Josh Hill picked up his second and third double-doubles of the year in impressive fashion. He began with 13 points and 17 rebounds then followed that up with 23 points and 16 rebounds, giving him a season average of 12.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per game. He has quickly risen to now third in ART U history in career rebounds at 299 in just 34 games. Stepping into a starting role, Christian Popoola Jr. scored 13 points in each game while stuffing the stat sheet with averages of 5.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per outing.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT FRESNO
After eclipsing the 80-point mark for the first time in each contest last week, Fresno Pacific is now averaging 74.0 points per game. The Sunbirds were led by PacWest NorCal Player of the Week Aamondae Coleman's 19.0 points per game on efficient shooting from the field (61 percent) and had three other players score in double figures in each contest.
